Full-Service Advocacy Program

While navigating through the often cumbersome and complex surrogate or egg donor process, with a lot of moving elements and parties involved, having a dedicated team in your corner to advocate for you ensures total piece of mind. Our Full-Service Advocacy Program is journey based and can be tailored to your personal needs. Through the Dandelion Advocacy Framework™, we provide ongoing expertise, guidance and support during the full lifecycle of the journey, giving you more control.

This all-inclusive package includes the Specialized Search package, complete oversight and management of the entire journey from a birth’s eye view, a dedicated program manager, advocating services every step of the journey, access to our network of top specialists in the field such as medical, legal, insurance and mental health experts, all communications with parties involved including your surrogacy agency, mediation services if issues arise, guidance and best practices on how to build a relationship with your surrogate, comfort that all appropriate insurances are in place for your surrogate such as medical, accidental death, lost wages and disability insurances, assurance that all medical elements like the delivery hospital, birthing plan and medical bill negotiation (if any) are taken care of, and our full support all the way from matching to your baby’s birth and beyond.

Surrogate Support

If you have found a surrogate yourself but need assistance with the day-to-day cycle management for your surrogate, this package is for you. Dandelion provides the same services as a full-service surrogacy agency case manager (after your surrogate has received medical and legal clearance).

This package also includes communicating and coordinating with the fertility clinic, securing all relevant insurance policies for the surrogate, guiding the surrogate with medication management, mental health support throughout the journey if required, coordinating any necessary travel, assistance in finding legal representation for the pre-birth/post-birth order, handling all day-to-day admin for the surrogate.

Coaching Plans

It’s always best to be prepared, especially when using third-party reproduction to start or expand your family. Often, intended parents begin their journey with limited information about what to expect along the way, which can lead to unexpected or disappointing surprises down the road.

Dandelion’s Coaching Plan offers an empathetic approach to intended parent education. We schedule regular coaching calls prior to each important next step in your journey, to answer any questions, clarify any points, ensuring you are prepared for what to expect. The calls are scheduled based on the speed at which your journey progresses, so that before each new step arrives you are as prepared and well-educated as possible. We are also available for additional calls if needed, should specific complications arise. With our Coaching Plan, Dandelion will act as an important resource in addition to your agency and legal team.
